Your business is unique.Your software should be too.

We connect the systems you already use, build what is missing, and add AI to automate the work slowing your team down.Starting at $2,000 a month.

  • No large upfront software investment.
  • Keep the systems that already work.
  • Put AI to work in everyday operations.
  • No engineering team to hire and manage.

01 / The problem

Your systems work. They just do not work together.

Most growing companies do not have one broken system. They have several useful systems that each hold part of the picture. People re-enter data, chase updates, and use spreadsheets to bridge the gaps. The work slows down even though every tool is doing part of its job.

Your team should not have to hold it all together.

02 / The solution

Keep what works. Build what is missing.

We start with the systems and data you already have. We connect them, add the missing workflow around them, and replace a tool only when it genuinely gets in the way. Your team gets one clearer way to work without a risky reset.

No forced replacement. No technology for its own sake.

03 / AI and agents

Put AI to work across your business.

Once your systems can share the right information, AI can handle useful work: read emails and documents, update records, prepare quotes and reports, flag problems, and suggest the next action. Your team stays in control of important decisions.

AI should remove work, not add another tool to manage.

Your current systems are the starting point.

CRM, ERP, accounting, inventory, supply chain tools, and databases can all remain part of the picture. We assess what each one does well before changing anything.

Keep

Systems that do their job stay in place. Your team keeps the tools and data it trusts.

Connect

We move the right information between systems so people stop copying, checking, and chasing it.

Extend

We add the missing workflow, dashboard, portal, automation, or AI agent around what you already have.

Replace

We retire a system only when connecting to it would cost more, create more risk, or keep holding the business back.

Build what is missing. Automate what slows you down.

Start with one useful improvement, then expand the system as the business changes.

Custom business platform

One clear place for teams to see, manage, and complete the work.

CRM that fits your business

Customers, leads, quotes, and follow-up shaped around your sales process.

Operations platform

Jobs, schedules, stock, exceptions, and status in one shared view.

Tools for your team

Replace fragile spreadsheets and chat threads with a dependable workflow.

Routine work automated

Move information, send updates, and complete repeatable steps without manual handoffs.

AI assistants and agents

Read documents, prepare work, flag issues, and help people act on the information you already hold.

Customer and partner portals

Give customers, suppliers, or staff a simple way to see status and complete tasks.

System connections

Connect your CRM, ERP, accounting tools, databases, and other software so information moves once.

From process to platform.

We start with how the business works today, including the systems already in place. Then we improve it one useful step at a time.

  1. 01

    Understand

A clear picture of the work

We talk with the people doing the work, learn which systems they use, and find the manual steps slowing them down. We also identify where automation or AI could save useful time.

  2. 02

    Design

    What stays, connects, and changes

Together, we decide what to keep, what to connect, what to build, and what may need replacing. You see the first useful improvement before development starts.

  3. 03

    Build

    A useful first release

We deliver a working piece, connect it to the systems it needs, and let your team use it early. We handle deployment, hosting, and the technology behind it.

  4. 04

    Improve

    The next useful improvement

We keep the platform running and add the next priority as the business changes. That can be a new workflow, another connection, or more AI automation.

A technology team without building one yourself.

We learn how your business runs, then build, connect, host, secure, and improve the software behind it. You get an experienced long-term partner without recruiting and managing an internal engineering team.

Your subscription can include

Case studies

Representative examples of keeping useful systems, connecting the gaps, and adding custom software and AI where they make a difference.

Built for growing companies with complex operations.

We work best with leaders who know the business well and want a partner to handle the technology behind it.

  • Important work is spread across several systems
  • Teams copy information or chase updates by hand
  • Growth is making existing processes harder to manage
  • AI could save time, but the useful starting point is not obvious

Who it is not

  • A seed-stage idea looking for a technical co-founder
  • A company whose current software already fits the work well
  • A request for a feature-for-feature copy of an existing product

Technology partnership, not a one-time project.

Starting at $2,000 a month.

Pricing depends on what we need to connect, build, automate, and manage. Most new partnerships start on Build. No large upfront development invoice. No internal engineering department.

Connect

Work with the systems and data you already use.

Build

Create the missing software, automation, and AI.

Manage

Run the hosting, monitoring, and maintenance.

Improve

Add the next useful change as the business grows.

Questions

What does the Build plan include?+

One platform and one priority in development at a time. You can keep a longer request list and change its order whenever the business changes. After the first useful release, most Build partnerships deliver about one or two meaningful updates each month. Hosting, monitoring, maintenance, and support are included.

Do we have to replace our current systems?+

No. We start by understanding the CRM, ERP, accounting tools, databases, and spreadsheets your team already relies on. Systems that work can stay. We connect or extend them, then replace a tool only when that is safer and more valuable than keeping it. We will also tell you when an existing product already solves the problem.

How could AI help our business?+

We look for repetitive work that involves reading, writing, checking, or deciding what happens next. AI can help process emails and documents, update records, prepare quotes or reports, flag unusual cases, and suggest the next action. We design important decisions so a person can review and approve them.

How does the request list work?+

We set up a shared list in the first week. You add business needs in plain language and move the most important one to the top. We break larger requests into useful releases and work on one at a time on Build. You do not need to write technical specifications.

When will we see working software?+

Most first releases are usable within a few weeks, depending on the systems and data they need to connect to. You receive a private test link early so your team can react to real software before it goes live.

Who owns the software and the data?+

Your data is always yours and can be exported. We host and operate the code while you are subscribed, which is part of the monthly service. A source-code buyout is available if you want to take over the software. If you leave, we provide a data export and an agreed transition window.

What happens after launch?+

We keep the software running, secure, and current. You can continue adding workflows, system connections, reports, automation, and AI as the business changes. The same team that built the platform remains responsible for it.

What about security, uptime, and third-party costs?+

Encryption in transit and at rest, daily backups, monitoring, and security updates are included. We do not claim FedRAMP or SOC 2 certification on this site. Usage charges from services such as SMS, maps, payment processing, or AI models are billed separately at cost.

Is there a contract?+

Build has a three-month minimum so there is enough time to understand the work and deliver a useful first release. After that, the service continues month to month.

Stop making your business fit the software.

Keep what works. Connect it. Build and automate what is missing. We manage the technology while you grow the business.
